Written from the lived experience of someone who started college at 10 and earned her doctorate at 17, this book speaks to every young person who has been told they can't, and every adult who needs to remember that they can.

"The Grass is Greener Where You Water It" is a beautifully illustrated book that teaches children the value of dedication, self-belief, and putting in the work to grow their dreams. Through vibrant illustrations by Roni Robins and words rooted in Dr. Tillman's own extraordinary journey, young readers will learn that the key to success is not where you start, but how you nurture what you have been given.
